Nice has it all, glorious coastal roads leading to those famous locations of Monaco and Cannes, there are some stunning climbs including Col D’Eze which leads up to the beautiful picture postcard village. Stop here for a drink and enjoy the stunning views over the Cote D,Azur.

Our hotel in the centre of Nice is an ideal location to set off on a ride from and also to explore the beautiful city of Nice post ride, with a stunning rooftop terrace you can relax and relive your days riding in the cycling paradise. You may even see some pros out on their training rides as this area is a base for some of the best world tour riders.
You will be able to relax in the knowledge that everything is taken care of, the only thing you need to do is enjoy riding your bike in and around this beautiful part of the world.

Accommodation

Your home for the week will be a fantastic hotel located in the centre of Nice. Here, you can mingle with the locals and soak up the true Southern French experience

Available will be twin rooms with a bathroom suite including a walk-in shower and toilet.

Of course, the standout feature is the location, easy access to all that Nice has to offer.

Itinerary

Day 1.

Monday 30th September

Arrive at the hotel approximately 5pm.

Meet at the hotel reception at approximately 6.30pm.

Dinner will be at a local restaurant situated within walking distance from the accommodation. You’ll have the opportunity to meet our organisers and chat to the ride guides before mixing with your fellow riders and compare plans for the following day.

Day 2.

Tuesday 1st October | 90km/56 miles, 135km/84 miles

On Tuesday we offer two route options, an intermediate ( 90km ) and an advanced longer option ( 135km ). Both rides will leave at 10.30am. All routes take in the rolling terrain with the advanced and longer route climbing one of the local iconic climbs. Both routes will have coffee stop options.

Riders will then make their way back to the hotel for a well-earned drink before heading out for dinner at a local restaurant.

You can relive the day’s events with your fellow riders before retiring to your room to prepare for day 3.

Day 3.

Wednesday 2nd October | 80km/50 miles, 120km/75 miles

A continental breakfast will be served at the accommodation.

On Wednesday we offer two route options, an intermediate ( 80km ) and a longer option ( 120km ). Both rides will leave at 10.30am. All routes take in the rolling terrain with the longer route climbing more and riding further. Both routes will have coffee stop options.

Riders will then make their way back to the hotel for a well-earned drink before heading out for dinner at a local restaurant.

You can relive the day’s events with your fellow riders before retiring to your room to prepare for day 4.

Day 4.

Thursday 3rd October | 80km/50 miles, 120km/75 miles

A continental breakfast will be served at the accommodation.

On Thursday we offer two route options, an intermediate ( 80km ) and a longer option ( 120km ). Both rides will leave at 10.30am. All routes take in the rolling terrain with the longer route climbing more and riding further. Both routes will have coffee stop options.

Riders will then make their way back to the accomodation for a well-earned drink before heading out for dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5.

Friday 4th October | 50km/31 miles, 75km/47 miles

A continental breakfast will be served at the accommodation.
On Friday we offer two route options, a short ( 50km ) and an intermediate ( 75km ).  Both rides will leave at 9.30am. All routes take in the rolling terrain with the longer route climbing more and riding further. Both routes will have coffee stop options.
Coach pick up 2pm. Return flight back to Manchester at 5pm.

What you’ll need...

• Suitable clothing for the weather conditions
• Insurance
• Bike tools and spare innertubes or sealant

The cycling...

Rider abilities vary and you consider carefully if this ride is for you.

The rides will be on rolling roads with some testing climbs but we do offer alternative routes that avoid the steepest climbs if needed.
